His Celtic heritage encourages respect for the Earth, Nature and all living things. Working at Apatawsuwikuwam and learning culture has not just allowed him to help others, it also enriches his life and his Recovery every day.

Born and raised in Sydney Cape Breton, Penny moved to Fredericton in 2012. She is an advocate for mental health support, assisting community members as a trained Reiki Master/Teacher. She is also known for her skills in the kitchen, happily providing delectable food for others. Penny lives in Wolastoq territory with her wife, Jennifer Paul and their two pets.
